Custom : "Black Ronin" Samurai Katana
This gorgeous katana is handforged of beautiful 1060 Carbon steel and is beautifully polished.
Suitable for the hands of a professional only, in martial arts demonstrations and for the walls / sword cabinets/racks of collectors.
Outstanding attention to detail , authentic ray-skin on the Tsuka (White) with custom black cotton ito wrap.
The Saya is a matt black with a black cotton sageo to match the tsuka.
It also features a unique cane/bamboo wrap grip from the mouth of the saya extending approximately 24cm down the length.
The Tsuba features the portrait of a horse mounted ronin warrior, face covered, and striking downwards at his enemy.
Kanji characters line the bottom of this stunning Tsuba.
The blade is sharp and is highly polished using multiple grade stones.

Overall this blade has a certain feeling to it. Call it a persona if you will.
Its hard to describe, but this katana just "feels" right.
The weight is just 1.5kgs, and feels great.

Amazing sword and customer service

I recieved this sword today and love every aspect of it. The sword has great detail and the hammon suits the sword extremely well. The features of the saya are exactly as described and you can really understand why its so unique. The blade is very sharp and polished well. Overall, I was happy with postage and the always great service.
